Why did we start VoxHire?
We started VoxHire after seeing how many businesses in Lebanon were working hard to grow without a clear view of how HR could help them build and support the teams that growth depends on.
Our backgrounds in business and psychology helped us understand both sides: the goals a business needs to reach, and the human experience that makes those goals possible. Through our experience, we saw what strong HR can unlock: clearer decisions, stronger teams, and better experiences at work.
That belief became VoxHire. We want business owners to feel confident about the teams they are building, and candidates to feel valued from the first conversation. Thoughtful, people-first hiring helps create the conditions for people to thrive and businesses to flourish.
